Although Dooly.AI offers other features, our company's main use is NOTES. Integration with Salesforce.
  • Template for NOTES and duplicate it
  • Adding highlight color and bold to text on NOTE
  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Notes are unorganized in a list making not simple to find NOTE easy to look for.
  • No ability to import or export NOTE templates, so we have to manually create line by line.
While on a video call, Dooly.AI can be open on a browser to type notes. Then it can be SYNC'd to Salesforce to log records. Ease of use can be better. Support attempted to NOT resolve issues presented on a couple occasions until I had to record a LOOM video to prove the issue.

It is a fundamental and complementary tool to the SalesForce software, because we can create notes while we are on a phone call and these notes are automatically synchronized in the SalesForce software to not lose the details of the call with the customer, saving time.
  • Excellent integration, automation and synchronization with SalesForce, allowing the entire note filling process to be done almost automatically.
  • It has customized sections to have at hand all the information I need to sell.
  • It has an orderly format and a simple interface to clearly visualize all the notes made during the call.
  • That sometimes the update with SalesForce is not activated, is a big drawback, since it is what we mainly use it for.
  • The main screen can look a bit cluttered with information, which creates a bit of chaos when logging in.
  • I'd be very happy if it had a mobile app so I wasn't dependent on the computer for work.
This is a great tool that allows sales agents to be better organized when closing deals with customers on phone calls. It has allowed us to work more efficiently and together with the synchronization with SalesForce we have achieved a constant increase in our sales.

Dooly.AI is used by our entire GTM organization. We leverage Dooly to have a single source of truth of notes for all of our key accounts (sales/partners) and the relevant meetings and opportunities associated with those accounts. For any meeting we have, we are able to take notes and relate information to specific keywords. With integrations, Dooly syncs between our calendars and Salesforce, making it easy to log calls/emails and share notes across the entire team.

Dooly.AI is well suited for larger GTM teams with thousands of accounts. When partnerships, sales, and sales engineering are all involved with an account, Dooly makes it easy to collaborate and share notes between the entire team. This all integrates with Salesforce, so anyone that comes in later to an account can go back into Dooly notes and get caught up quickly.

Dooly.AI can also be used for smaller teams. I don't see a scenario where Dooly.AI wouldn't be appropriate.

Dooly.AI kills OneNote. OneNote is clunky, not intuitive, and doesn't integrate with the suite of products that our team uses. OneNote never made it easy to share and collaborate with other teammates. Dooly.AI integrates with all of our products, is better for collaboration and sharing, and is stripped of complexity to focus simply on the content from our meetings.

Most of our sales, onboarding and implementation team use Dooly for all customer calls and interactions. As soon as you start a new note and link it to the Salesforce account, opportunity, etc. the related notes will appear and you can quickly see all notes for that account. They also sync with salesforce.

Personally, I use it to update all of my opportunities while I'm on a call with a customer while taking notes. I also can quickly update accounts and opportunities using the boards feature so I don't have to use SFDC as much. It saves me a ton of time!

  • The Gcal integration allows me to start a new Dooly note from a customer call directly from the calendar event
  • I think the home screen can be organized in a more visually appealing way, but that's the only thing I can really think of. I'm quite happy with the tool.
Dooly is well suited to log calls, update SFDC records, take notes, and assign SFDC tasks. It's super customizable so you can choose which fields you want to display in your views. Sure you can update these things in SFDC individually, but when you have multiple meetings and calls a day, Dooly saves you a ton of time.

Dooly isn't well suited to view SFDC reports.
  • Note taking, updating SFDC accounts, opportunities, logging calls and activities,
  • I'm sure managers love the board's features because reps can quickly update opportunities. For example, if I need to push out the close date for a few opportunities, I can do that within seconds, rather than multiple windows I'd have to open in SFDC. Even updating records in-line in an SFDC view takes more time than it would in Dooly.
  • Dooly allows me to work more efficiently and spend more time taking notes and updating recording accurately. That's more time I can spend selling and speaking to customers.
I used to keep my notes in Evernote, but this is way better because of the seamless integration with SFDC. Other than that, I haven't come across other apps that are like Dooly.
